5. Liability & Insurance

  • We recommend clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for cargo and shipments.

6. Cancellation & Amendments

  • Any cancellations or amendments to services must be made in writing and may be subject to additional fees, especially if made after the service has been confirmed or commenced.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend services due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, with notification to the client.

7. Force Majeure

Advance Fleet Shipping Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government regulations.
